Delewarellc

Zawwad, founder of Delewarellc

Bangladesh-born, NYC-based. Founder of Delewarellc. Built the service after evaluating seven Delaware formation services and finding that most charged $2,000+ per year recurring on top of state costs.

Background

Zawwad grew up in Bangladesh and moved to New York to build a digital business. When he started his first US LLC, the easiest paths charged $1,500-$2,500 per year recurring in "compliance" fees, most of which turned out to be markup over the actual Delaware filing and registered agent costs.

The result was Delewarellc: one service, one price, one time. $297 plus the Delaware state fee. No annual subscription. No recurring compliance bills. Multilingual support so language is not a bottleneck for founders in Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Nigeria, the UAE, and other markets where most US-facing services default to English-only.

Languages

Native: Bangla, English. Strong working: Hindi, Urdu. Functional: Arabic (formation-context). Zawwad personally answers WhatsApp in all five.

What he runs personally

  • The formation queue. Every customer's Certificate of Formation goes through his hands before filing.
  • WhatsApp support. Response typically within 2 hours, even at 3 AM Bangladesh time.
  • Bank application review. He sees every bank decision and tracks which banks approve which country profiles.
  • The Form 5472 awareness brief. Drafted to make the requirement plain in language without legal jargon.

What he does not do

  • File Form 5472 himself (Delewarellc is not a CPA firm). Customers are referred to qualified CPAs.
  • Provide legal advice (Delewarellc is not a law firm). For legal questions, talk to a Delaware corporate lawyer.
  • Promise specific bank approval. Approval is the bank's decision; Delewarellc applies to 4-5 banks to maximize the odds.
